Hawaii Zoning Atlas

They are currently leading the first UX design team to work with the National Zoning Atlas to propose a solution to assist different non-profit organizations in their goal to help the housing crisis and how it's affected through various zoning laws.

With http://desegregatect.org/atlas being our starting point, my team and I have discovered a few issues with usability, accessibility, and overall lack of understanding. We are currently working to create a few things.

An ADA, user-friendly responsive map on both mobile and web

A long-term research plan on different ways the map can help housing assistance organizations, whether it uses the map or not

A website redesign that can educate the everyday user on how to utilize zoning laws best
