Report Writing entails understanding the type of report writing, knowing who your target audience is and what your report's objective is, understanding how readers absorb the content, understanding the function of each report component, knowing how to organize the report so that readers can easily access the required information, being proficient in writing and using graphical data to communicate the idea and objective.
