I have developed a Customized CRM using the GHL 2.0 API to streamline and automate customer relationship management processes. The application allows users to create and manage sub-accounts, providing greater flexibility and control over CRM operations. It also includes a feature to upload contact data directly from Excel files, simplifying the process of importing large datasets. The CRM uses GHL's Create and Update Contact API to automate contact management, ensuring that contact records are always up-to-date and easily accessible.
In addition to these core features, the application integrates with various other GHL 2.0 APIs to enhance its functionality and provide a seamless user experience. Hosted on AWS ECS, the solution is designed for scalability and reliability, ensuring smooth performance even as user demands grow. This custom-built CRM solution offers businesses an efficient and automated way to manage contacts, sub-accounts, and customer data in a centralized platform.
