At Credgenics, I work as a tech lead where I was in charge of gathering requirements from clients and product team, creating and managing sprints, code reviews, and also developing new features.

● Led a team of 15 people to build a highly customizable case management system for bank lawyers (used by SBI, IDFC, Axis, etc) along with a legal notice module where banks can manage their cases, generate and send millions of notices per month and get useful triggers and reports.

● Worked on creating the core SaaS platform from scratch to manage the collections and recovery process of delinquent loans (used by almost all major banks of India).

● This application handled a scale of a few million requests daily.

● Architected and developed multiple microservices using Python, Nodejs for backend

development and used React Js for frontend development and PostgreSQL DB.

● Worked on migrating the backend from a monolith architecture to a microservice-based

architecture and deploying on AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service. (I setup the cluster,

dockerized all microservices and build a CI/CD pipeline for deployment)

● Handled redesigning the existing architecture to support the increasing scale and also

involved in planning for architecture-level changes for new features.

● Took regular interviews of Engineering Managers (10+ years of exp), Tech Leads and

Senior Developers.
