This tool meant to solve a Rental agency problem with calculating their expenses, they've been doing it with Excel and their file was too complex and didn't help them manage their clients, etc...
I help them by building a tool that simlifies the whole thing, so they just write their expenses, income, etc.. and the tool calculates in realt-time the expenses and many types of useful reports, it's super dynamic that they can associate a value as a percentage of other, attach files to an expense, make clear description for the project with the clinet name, address, contact etc....
