Categra – Multi-Store Product Manager

Overview: Categra is a unified e-commerce management platform that allows online sellers to upload products once and automatically sync listings across multiple marketplaces like Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy, and eBay. The platform ensures consistent product data, real-time inventory synchronization, and centralized order processing to reduce manual work and avoid stock mismatches.

My Role: Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend + Backend Integration)

Problem: E-commerce sellers managing multiple storefronts commonly struggle with:

Manually uploading the same product on multiple marketplaces

Inventory mismatches due to delayed updates

Time wasted updating prices, descriptions, or images across platforms

Difficulty in tracking orders from different channels in one place

This leads to revenue loss, errors, and operational inefficiencies.

Solution: I contributed to developing a centralized system that allows sellers to:

Product upload & edit UI with validation

Inventory synchronization logic

Marketplace integration APIs (e.g., Shopify & Amazon endpoints)

Real-time state handling for product & stock data using Zustand

Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Zustand

Backend: NestJS, Sequelize ORM, NeonDB (PostgreSQL)
