There are different Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) that reflects how well an organization is achieving its stated goals and objectives. Some KPI definitions are below:
* How well the operation team is running the production lines.
* Measured the component that is being thrown away.
* Measured the actual changeover time against plan time.
