01. Client Overview

Bright Smile Dental is a family-owned dental practice in San Antonio, Texas, offering general dentistry, cosmetic procedures, Invisalign, and dental implants. Despite being in operation for over 8 years with a loyal patient base and strong in-person reputation, the practice was virtually invisible online.
When Nabeel first audited the website, the practice was not ranking for any of its core service keywords, had no presence in the Google Map Pack, and was spending over $2,500/month on Google Ads just to maintain a basic flow of new patient inquiries — with no organic fallback when the ad budget ran out.
