Parts Credit Review 1.0 is a finished browser-local utility built by Desiderata Labs LLC.
Create an empty project, import returns and supplier credits from CSV, map the columns, and validate the rows and totals before confirming an import. The app traces results to original filenames, source rows and identifiers. Exact matches are linked; ambiguous references remain in a review queue for a local operator to resolve with a reason.
Save a complete project file and reopen it with the sources, mappings and decisions intact. Export a source-linked review CSV. Repeated identical imports are skipped, conflicting IDs reject atomically, and a partial credit remains a difference to investigate.
Version 1.0 supports one operator, USD, and batches of up to 100 return and 100 credit lines. The page needs a network connection to open; selected file contents are processed in the tab. Save a project file before closing. The app does not post accounting entries or contact suppliers.
This is an in-house product, not a claimed client engagement. Verification used synthetic records: 43 core tests, 205 company checks, actual file workflows in WebKit and Brave, mobile checks and a downloaded-package restore. The public application starts empty and accepts conforming real records.
