Day 1-2: Scope down to one core loop
Day 3-5: Build it. With AI pair programming (Claude Code, Cursor) doing the boilerplate, you're not typing CRUD screens by hand anymore
Day 6: Connect the boring-but-critical stuff - auth, payments, basic analytics (Firebase, Stripe, RevenueCat)
Day 7: Get it in front of 10 real people
7 days isn't enough time to build the "right" version. It's exactly enough time to find out if you're building the right thing at all!!
