AI-Powered Voice Consultation Platform for Remote Healthcare

I recently built and launched https://www.getoncall.ai/ an AI powered voice consultation SaaS platform built for remote healthcare. I designed and developed the full system myself including frontend backend infrastructure AI integration and 3rd party services with a strong focus on security and real time performance. On the frontend I used Next and TypeScript to build a responsive web dashboard for doctors. On the backend I implemented FastAPI (Python) for APIs and integrated PostgreSQL as the core relational database. The platform is fully deployed on GCP for reliability and scaling. I handled Twilio Voice API integration to route patient phone calls (from SIM) directly to doctors via a web based interface. I also built a custom AI pipeline that transcribes live audio extracts symptoms, and generates a draft diagnosis and prescription using structured medical logic a strong application of GPT style AI automation flows. Additional features include a full admin panel role based authentication and secure client data handling with HIPAA conscious design. The platform was built with extensibility in mind and future integrations with EHR systems Stripe for payments and tools like Zoom or Google Calendar are part of the roadmap.
