I handled the complete Product Cloud Practise and Product Development Portfolio and ensured a solid platform for Trade & Supply Chain Management Banking for institutional & corporate enterprises, all while driving efficiency, upgrading platforms to newer versions, and engaging clients to lower the cost of maintaining the platform.
I'm also responsible for driving the DevOps agenda within my technology area, assisting multiple platforms to baseline their current practices, identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and agility, bringing skill sets from vendors to evangelize and educate teams on new approaches to delivery, and helping teams in the adoption of new ways and tools. Work with teams to leverage their BAU and project work to fit in investments into test automation and help improve productivity and increase delivery cadence.
Deeply involved in driving the automation agenda for institutional operations as CNX focuses on improved customer experience and reduced operational costs as part of a large program of work. The program attempts to drive STP, build micro-services around our banking systems, and leverage AI/ML to remove mundane tasks in order to significantly reduce the size of operations and drive down cost-to-income ratios.
