As a UI/UX Designer, I led the creation of DoctorQ, a mobile health app connecting patients with doctors via phone. We focused on inclusivity, designing for users with varying tech skills. Simple navigation, clear instructions, and voice command options ensure ease of use. Data security was paramount, so we implemented strong encryption and user-controlled access settings. Complex medical information is simplified using visuals, plain language, and multi-level explanations. To promote telemedicine adoption, user-friendly features guide patients and doctors through remote consultations. DoctorQ empowers users to manage their health remotely, especially crucial during a pandemic.
