THE PROBLEM

Juice Guru’s long-form video ad was falling short of their expectations. This created three significant hurdles:
With the investment made into a high-cost shoot and production, they were left with a single ad that had yet to yield any tangible returns.
The ad was failing to sustain viewer interest, resulting in decreased potential sales.
The single, long-form ad was not properly conveying their brand identity or reflecting its professional image.

THE SOLUTION

Following an in-depth [asset audit call] to understand the brand’s unique offer and the challenges faced, the following solutions were implemented:
Maximizing the potential of their existing video content, repurposing what felt like an underperforming asset into 10+ effective ads.
With a deeper understanding of their brand, we refined their ad hooks to better capture their target audience's attention. 
There was now a consistent influx of new ads, distributed over various channels. With numerous variations, they had the ability to test their impact and invest more in the ads that showed the highest conversion rates.
