Meet Steven, a close friend of mine, who decided to start his own business fixing phones. I offered to create a video for him to showcase his journey. I told him, "Let me tell your story." The primary objective was to allow potential customers to connect with Steven on a personal level while gaining insights into what his business offers.
Without specific requirements from Steven, I took the reins and set three main goals for the video:
Introduce him to his customers
Share how he started his business
Highlight the services he offers
