Result Management System — Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Computer Science Department

A web-based result management system I designed and built solo, replacing a fully manual, paper-based process for computing and publishing student results. Exam Officers enter CA and Exam scores; the system automatically computes grades, SGPA, and CGPA against the department's official grading scale, with role-based access separating data entry (Exam Officer) from oversight and publishing (HOD).

Built on Laravel with Livewire and Alpine.js for instant, app-like interactions without a separate frontend framework. Designed the full database schema from scratch — 11 related tables handling students, courses, registrations, and cumulative results across sessions and semesters — with automated business rules linking every student to their level's courses with no manual enrolment step.
