IoT Hardware & Software Product architecture consultancy

I have been drafting, researching and analyzing the appropriate hardware (MCU/SOC) platform and necessary software (FreeRTOS and custom made UI), selection of displays, Motor management systems (PWM), Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, clients, marketing. I have set a running version of the hardware and software personally and the product was then put in production with the onboarded team.
