Team Mentorship Program

I designed and led a comprehensive internship program at NFQ, mentoring new talent through hands-on, full-stack projects using React and PHP. The program included extensive shadowing across various software fields, giving interns a well-rounded experience. As a result, 15 interns successfully completed the program, with many transitioning to full-time roles, thereby strengthening our team and fostering a new generation of skilled developers.
