Android app in Kotlin for a parish council, enabling community members to list and share info on agricultural properties for sale/rent, with Firebase storage.
Objective:
This application empowers local residents to register agricultural properties for sale or lease, providing a centralized, user-friendly platform for viewing and managing land listings within the parish.
Key Features:
Property Registration: Users can list their properties with detailed information and upload the necessary supporting documents.
Document Validation: The system includes an image recognition feature to validate the authenticity of uploaded documents.
Property Search and Viewing: Users can search for properties available for sale or rent by article number to find nearby listings.
Authentication: Secure login with email/password and Google Auth integration.
