Furniture shopping often starts with a product a customer likes, then slows down when they try to imagine it in their own room. Questions about size, style, and colour can turn browsing into endless comparison and, sometimes, no purchase at all.
The goal was to make product discovery more personal by starting with the space the customer already has.
The product approach
Shoppers upload a room photo and share details such as room size and furniture category. The product uses that context to provide more relevant furniture recommendations from the catalog.
Room-photo upload and recommendations
From room photo to checkout
The experience carries personalization through the shopping journey. Customers can explore recommended products, browse categories and variations, and move to a clear order summary with pricing, tax, shipping, and discount-code details.

Built for the full shopping journey
The PWA supports multilingual browsing and checkout through Stripe or PayPal. The product was shaped as a conversion-focused MVP, balancing a polished purchase flow with room for future personalization and recommendation features.
