I developed an AI-powered chatbot that leverages database information to provide real-time data and statistics, assisting users with essential insights and answers. This chatbot integrates directly with the platform’s database, offering accurate, quick responses based on actual data metrics. I implemented features like auto-completion for forms, SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements) template generation, and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) creation, all powered by AI. I led the entire development team in Safety Space while actively contributing to the development work.
