A full-stack mobile and web e-commerce platform built for a prominent beauty and retail brand in Cambodia. Directed and developed by neWwave in close collaboration with the LeeRich team, the project began by translating the brand’s visual and operational vision into a high-velocity 4-week launch MVP. It has since evolved through a long-term engineering partnership, building a scalable digital foundation that continuously adapts alongside the client’s growing business goals and customer needs.

Vision Translation & Co-Development: Worked side-by-side with LeeRich to direct and translate their brand identity and retail vision into high-converting, intuitive mobile and web interfaces.

Authentication & User Management: Built secure user onboarding, profile customization, and preference tracking using Firebase Authentication.

Product Discovery: Developed dynamic catalogue architecture, multi-level category navigation, real-time search, and filter engines.

Cart & Checkout Systems: Engineered a streamlined checkout pipeline featuring promotional discount integration and coupon logic.

Fintech & Payments: Built custom digital wallet management alongside third-party payment gateway integration.

Order Lifecycle & Tracking: Configured real-time order status updates, automated push notifications, and live order tracking.

Engagement & Retention: Integrated customer wishlists and custom loyalty reward mechanisms.

Cross-Platform Mobile App: Built with Flutter and FlutterFlow to deliver a high-performance, native mobile shopping experience for iOS and Android with rapid iteration capabilities.

Web Application Platform: Built using Next.js to ensure fast server-side rendering, SEO optimization for product discovery, and responsive desktop performance.

Serverless Backend Infrastructure: Powered by Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Firebase Auth) for real-time database synchronization, scalable backend logic, and secure authentication.
