A premium race-weekend experience, built to sell like one
TRACKSIDE Hospitality curates race-weekend experiences across major motorsport events, from accommodation and hospitality suites to transportation and concierge support. The brief was to replace a static, generic site with a high-end digital experience that carries the pace and precision of the brand, while making it easy for guests to find an event and start a conversation
The brief
The site needed to feel immersive without becoming heavy. It also needed an operating system beneath the surface: a scalable event calendar, packages that adapt to each race weekend, and a booking journey connected to the client’s CRM.
The first priority was speed to launch. Lead capture had to be live ahead of a major race event, with the richer motion and booking details layered in across later phases.
Building the system
An event engine the client can run
I structured racing series, events, and packages as related Webflow CMS collections. The client can now add a race weekend, assign the right package options, and publish updates without touching code
Package logic that adapts to each event
TRACKSIDE offers two experience levels, Select and Signature. I built occupancy-based pricing and conditional display logic so each event presents the right options automatically.
A live events calendar
Guests can filter upcoming events by racing series and country, then move directly into the details of a specific weekend. The structure is ready to grow with the brand’s international calendar.
Motion with a purpose
Bento-style layouts, animated series cards, and custom illustrated components give the site energy without slowing it down. The visual system keeps the focus on the experiences, packages, and next step.
Booking built into the experience
The inquiry flow connects to Zoho Bookings, giving prospective guests a direct path to schedule a consultation. The project was delivered in phases so TRACKSIDE could begin capturing inquiries before the full motion and CRM integration were complete.
Result
TRACKSIDE launched on its custom domain ahead of the race-event deadline. The live site began capturing qualified inquiries, including guest group sizes and event preferences, while the CMS gave the team control of ongoing event, package, and content updates.
Scope
Webflow website design and development, CMS architecture, responsive design, custom motion design, Zoho Bookings integration, SEO setup, and domain and DNS configuration.
