Understanding the Problem - I conducted primary research on 10 potential users to better understand the user problem and synthesized the findings into a user persona.
I went ahead to Generate potential solutions from the research I conducted
For convinence and easy of use i decided to create a mobile app. These days everyone has a mobile phone and it is easily accessible from anywhere.
