We had a pleasure to collaborate with Relay42 and create an explainer for the AI platform they developed – Intelligent Journey Orchestration. It is a data-driven marketing strategy that mirrors customer behavior across all channels to deliver true one-to-one personalization in real time throughout the entire customer journey. ​Our part included storyboard creation, development of an animation style and video production itself. For the video we incorporated Relay42 graphics style, refreshed it a bit and for a more personalized and natural feel added some texture to the elements.​​ ​
