Maverick Frame created a series of photorealistic exterior and interior still renders for a proposed sustainable office development in Manchester. The visuals frame the building in its urban setting while showing planted terraces, glazed façades, natural materials and workspaces connected to daylight and greenery.

The image set moves from full-building views and streetscape context to closer architectural details and interiors. It was developed for investor presentations and ESG design evaluation, making the workplace concept tangible before construction.
