I transformed this AI-powered tool from a basic MVP to sophisticated software with many layers of external APIs and complex AI integrations. I maintained a simplistic user interface and kept the entire application operationally light.

The application grew from 50k to 800k+ users within a year without a comparable increase in workload units, with MRR touching $50k!
