At first, the client’s statement

At first, the client’s statement of account showed an incorrect balance of 4,563.18 SAR. After checking the ledger history very carefully, I found several accounting mistakes from the past. Specifically, there were duplicate invoices, cancellations that were never finished, and customer payments that were completely missing from the system.

To fix this, I corrected all of the duplicate entries, finalized the pending cancellations, and recorded the missing payments. I also matched all the transactions properly with the actual cash flow. This completely cleaned up the ledger and brought the account to its true, correct balance of 1,605.68 SAR.
