Walking the line of demographics, ease of use, and adoptability is never an easy one. What seems like a good idea on the surface has to be a good idea in days, weeks and months to come.
So how do you get people to come back time and time again to learn from the professionals in the sport? You make it hyper-personal and measure changes down to the percentage point! Swing speed, weight distribution, and score increases. All of it wrapped nicely and packaged for the amateur sports player.
As systems continue to fall into place we get more and more excited for the end user. Chasing that user has been the focus for this case study. The task ahead is to find out how to break into what has been kept inside a physical offices for just sooo long.
