I was hired improve the company's conversion rate from landing page to final sale.
I started with a meticulous data analysis to understand the current user behaviour on the website. The insights showed a considerable drop on the landing page and throughout the funnel.
We decided to simplify the website, reducing the number of pages and clarifying the brand's message and arguments.
Once the first round of changes was in place, we tested the website with real users from different backgrounds and integrated their feedback.
The conversion rate was immediately improved, totalling in an 85% increase after three weeks of iteration.
