A new townhouse development launch needed more than a walkthrough, it needed to communicate pricing, specs, and investment terms clearly enough to move serious buyers to act fast, all within a short-form format.

I built animated infographic overlays to present key numbers — unit sizes, price per square foot, payment plan terms, exactly when they were most relevant, timed to match the pacing of the narration. Motion graphics transitions were used to shift between property details smoothly, keeping the video visually dynamic despite the amount of information being delivered. Every element was designed to feel premium and trustworthy, matching the investment-grade nature of the property itself.
