Sorael Global - A Bilingual Webflow Experience Built for the UAE

The project
Sorael Global builds premium Webflow websites for asset managers, consultancies and family offices across Dubai and the GCC.
For a consultancy selling digital quality, its own website needed to demonstrate that standard. Not just through its appearance, but through the experience behind it: considered design, native Arabic support, fast loading and a structure that's straightforward to maintain.
I designed and developed the website in Webflow, creating a unified experience across English and Arabic without maintaining two separate builds.
The design direction
The visual approach draws on the restraint and precision of contemporary architecture.
Large editorial typography gives the messaging presence. A warm ivory background, deep navy sections and subtle champagne accents establish a confident, understated identity. Architectural photography reinforces the sense of structure and scale.
Rather than filling the page with decorative elements, I used generous whitespace, clear hierarchy and carefully composed sections to let the content lead.
The homepage moves from a strong opening statement into performance credentials, service offerings and technical standards, ending with a clear invitation to start a project.
Every section has a purpose. The result is a design that feels established without being complicated.
Making the Services Clear
Sorael Global offers two core services: bespoke corporate websites and ongoing webmaster retainers.
I presented these as numbered, clearly separated cards, giving each offering its own space without overwhelming the visitor.
The layout moves naturally from the opening statement to performance credentials, services, technical standards, and finally an invitation to get in touch.
Each section serves a specific purpose, keeping the experience focused and easy to navigate.
The Technology Behind the Experience
The website was built in Webflow using Finsweet Client-First conventions, with lightweight custom CSS and JavaScript where additional control was needed.
The development approach prioritizes predictable structure, responsive behavior, and long-term maintainability.
The visual system carries through to the final sections, where a deep navy technology panel transitions into a near-black footer. Consistent spacing, typography, and contrast connect the experience from the first screen to the final call to action.
One design. Two reading directions.
The most interesting challenge was creating an Arabic experience that felt designed for Arabic, rather than translated from English.
Both languages share a single underlying layout system. When switching to Arabic, the composition mirrors naturally: images change position, navigation reverses, content aligns right, and directional icons follow the reading flow.
Using Webflow Localization and CSS logical properties allowed me to maintain one consistent design system while respecting the different reading directions.
Built for Arabic, Not Just Translated
A genuine bilingual experience requires attention to details that are easy to overlook.
English headings use Playfair Display, while Arabic typography switches to Tajawal, with spacing and line heights adjusted for readability.
Numbers retain their correct order, mixed-language content remains legible, and interface details such as form messages, screen-reader labels, and directional icons adapt to the selected language.
The Arabic copy was prepared by a transcreator. My role was to ensure that every element displayed and behaved correctly across both versions.
The result is a consistent visual identity expressed through two distinct reading experiences.
Responsive by Design
The same attention extends to smaller screens.
Multi-column layouts become clear, vertically stacked sections. Typography, spacing, and calls to action adapt to mobile without compromising the visual hierarchy.
The Arabic version also preserves its right-to-left behavior on mobile, including mirrored navigation and properly aligned content.
Rather than treating mobile as a reduced desktop layout, I designed the responsive behavior to make each language comfortable to use at different screen sizes.
A Complete Webflow Experience
Beyond the homepage, the project includes dedicated service pages, a methodology page, contact forms, and an Insights section powered by Webflow CMS.
Each page has an Arabic counterpart under the /ar-ae path, with localized metadata and hreflang connections for search engines.
Accessibility and usability were considered throughout, including keyboard navigation, visible focus states, screen-reader labels, and reduced-motion support.
The result is a complete bilingual website built around one maintainable Webflow structure.
Performance You Can Measure
Performance was considered from the beginning, not treated as a final optimization task.
I kept the initial page lightweight, optimized the hero image using AVIF, avoided unnecessary animations during initial loading, and refined how fonts and scripts were delivered.
The results were measured using Google PageSpeed Insights on October 8, 2026.
English homepage:
Mobile performance: 94/100
Desktop performance: 100/100
Arabic homepage:
Mobile performance: 97/100
Desktop performance: 100/100
Both languages achieved 100/100 for accessibility, best practices, and SEO on mobile and desktop.
On emulated slow 4G, Largest Contentful Paint measured 2.6 seconds for English and 2.4 seconds for Arabic, with no layout shifts recorded.
These are measured results, not projected improvements.
The Outcome
Sorael Global now has a bilingual digital presence that reflects the standards it offers its own clients.
The project brings together architectural design, thoughtful localization, responsive development, and independently measured performance.
One website. Two complete language experiences. A consistent standard across both.
