A large-scale AI image production created for a fashion and sleepwear e-commerce catalog. The project included more than 120 final images across women’s, young, teen, kids’, men’s and sleepwear collections.

The objective was to produce a high volume of realistic, commercially usable imagery while maintaining consistency in garments, fit, proportions, styling, models and brand direction across multiple categories.

I combined 25+ years of fashion and retail experience with AI image generation to define the visual direction, style each look, refine proportions and select the strongest outputs. Every image was reviewed from a commercial perspective—not only for aesthetics, but also for product clarity and catalog usability.

The production was organized by collection and customer segment. Lighting, environments, casting and styling were coordinated so the complete catalog would feel cohesive while each category retained its own identity.
