"The Process"

Pre-Production

• Spotlight female intern voices in both STEM and Design roles
• Develop interview questions, location scout, and consolidate production gear
• Storyboard an engaging video that appeals to Gen-Z and limits a "corporate look"





Production

• Coordinate with co-intern to shoot photo assets at Illinois Manufacturing Plant
• Shoot and conduct interviews
• Backup and catalog files for a smooth post-production



Post-Production

• Gather UGC to add a relatable feel and show intern experience outside of work
• Build a balanced edit of videos and photos for short-form use
• Keep it loose, but not sloppy
