After conducting dozens of interviews with industry leaders that used to work at pioneer companies such as Google and IDEO, I diluted the data into meaningful bits of information that could influence the ways in which the startup I was working at (NEOL) can pinpoint the needs of these creative leaders that turned into freelancers after 20-30 years in the sector.
