Understanding Self-Talk: Self-talk refers to the ongoing internal conversations we have with ourselves. It encompasses the thoughts, beliefs, and interpretations we make about ourselves and the world around us. Positive self-talk involves intentionally cultivating a supportive and encouraging inner dialogue.
Recognizing Negative Self-Talk: Negative self-talk can be subtle and pervasive, often undermining our confidence and limiting our capabilities.
