Client's Objective: The client's vision was clear: create an atmosphere of bonding amongst all departments, showcase individual employee strengths, and keep everyone informed about community and office happenings. It was a mission designed to bring the Gainesville Sun family closer together.

My Role: I took on the roles of manager, designer, and writer to make this vision a reality. My journey began with face-to-face meetings with employees and managers, where I learned about the incredible talents and passions within the organization. These insights became the cornerstone of our newsletter.

After thoughtful deliberation, I carefully selected employees to feature based on meetings with office managers and supervisors. These profiles celebrated their strengths and contributions, creating a platform for recognition and appreciation.

I took on the task of curating and featuring upcoming events, office celebrations, and news, ensuring that our readers were always in the know about the latest happenings within our walls.
