I, along with our design team, was tasked with bringing LuckyVitamin's about page out of 2005 and into 2019. It was a complete overhaul, and the biggest copy challenge was restructuring company value-props and defining a brand voice that was otherwise absent on the website.
The end result was a UX-friendly page and a new brand voice that placed the customer as the focus--not a long-winded, company story.
