In a large bowl you are going to combine your dry ingredients. These include the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and apples. Stir them well, and set the bowl aside.
This cake was very different from all the other apple recipes. I am not one to bake with a lot of olive oil, so the flavor was interesting for me. I did not hate this recipe, it was just different from what I am used to. I hope that you liked this recipe. Feel free to check the recipe out for yourself. Vadish, Dag Dag.
