Website Revamp

This project involved the complete modernization and migration of Celular.al's e-commerce platform. The goal was to enhance user experience, improve site performance, and transition from a legacy system to a cutting-edge web stack. The project delivered a faster, more responsive, and visually appealing online store for mobile devices and accessories.

Modern Tech Stack Implementation: Rebuilt the entire website using Astro JS, TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS, moving away from a Wordpress-based architecture. This significantly improved site speed and maintainability.

Enhanced User Experience (UX): Focused on creating a seamless and intuitive Browse experience for customers, resulting in a more engaging and efficient shopping journey.

Performance Optimization: Implemented strategies to maximize website speed and overall performance, ensuring quick load times and smooth interactions for users.

Interactive Product Configuration: Developed dynamic product options for items like the iPhone 16 Pro Max, allowing users to select memory sizes (e.g., 256GB, 512GB, 1TB) and view corresponding price changes.

Trade-in Program Integration: Designed and implemented a "Trade-in your old, get a new one" feature, guiding users through a series of questions (e.g., current phone manufacturer, condition, memory) to estimate the trade-in value, enhancing customer engagement and sales opportunities.

Contact and Support Integration: Ensured robust contact options, including phone numbers and email, were clearly presented on the site, alongside social media links and physical store locations, improving customer service accessibility.
