During my time as a student in Centro Universitário Senac, in Audiovisual Bachelor's degree, I enrolled in several projects, which included four short movies.

"Fui na Feira" was a short-documentary about street fairs, and how they were similar to living organisms in their routine. We filmed it over the course of 8 weeks, following vendors, clients and their products, as the day passed by. My role was of a boom operator and audio editing assistant. We focused on capturing audio from everything that symbolized the essence of street fairs, such as the vendors' calls to action, knives cutting lettuce and meat, cars passing by, and through 5.1 audio editing in Pro Tools, we created a virtual environment where the audience could dive into a real fair as never seen before.

"A Mais Bela" is a short documentary that covers the routine of a small community in Artemis, a neighbourhood in Piracicaba/SP. The main purpose of the film was to study the beauty salon as a haven for women, where they could focus on themselves, talk to others freely, and empower themselves as women. Hair, nails, and other cosmetic caring routines were brought to light not only as superficial details but as symbols of women's nature of changing and self-acceptance. Here, my role was of a executive producer, planning the entire film consolidation path and gathering funds for it's realization. Also, I worked as a sound designer and editor, mixing the audio in Pro Tools to stimulate the immersion of the audience into the universe inside a beauty salon.

"Insconsciente" is a short ficctional movie that explores horror and drama, revolving around a character that has recently lost her mother and has issues grieving her absence. The plot goes further into a manifestation of her living her own nightmares, trapped forever in the day of the accident that took her mother away. My role in this movie was to create a original soundtrack, using Ableton Live and Pro Tools.

"Baseado em Fatos Reais" is a short documentary about other documentaries, in specific, true crime related. It discusses the impacts that these movies have around not only the victims' families and close ones, but also general viewers and investigations. My role in this movie was to create a unique soundtrack to symbolize mystery and thrill that surrounds these crimes, it's movies and their filmmakers.
