Mercury Network is an award-winning appraisal vendor management software platform used by more than 1000 ECOA compliant lenders and AMC operations.

Founded in 2002, Platinum Data Solutions provides valuation data and analytics to mortgage lenders, servicers, investors, AMCs, appraisers, and their vendors. The company pioneered automated appraisal underwriting and boasts a product line that includes several industry-only products.

Setup and establish QA process and procedures for Mercury Network's recent business acquisition of Platinum Data Solutions to align with company practices while adapting to their development style.

Transition and work on resolving questions with Agile Methodology, usage of JIRA for tracking and refer to company Agile Leader for necessitated changes to bring them compliant.

Work with Development on QA VM creation and adjust deployment scripts to push new code to this instance instead of Live Offline servers.

Mercury Network completed the acquisition of the company Platinum Data Solutions and was assigned to establish a QA process in order to align with Mercury Network overall QA Strategy.

Worked with DevOps to setup a QA Virtual Machine for Development to being deploying their finished code to this new box. Ensured all testing was done on this box going forward with no code being verified any further on Live Offlines.

Development already had a base understanding of Agile Methodology and worked with them and Agile Technology Lead to ensure they had all tools and integrations setup for them to track their work within the JIRA environment. Once established, created Powershell scripts that could be hooked from Team Foundation to the Jenkins Automation box to execute deployment automation tests to verify core functionality of the code.
