Designers often have to create different tints and shades of colors manually, which often increases the completion time of a particular project or even has them second-guessing a particular shade, thereby wasting some amount of time that would have been put to better use.
My friend and I at ColoursNG decided to come up with a solution. A few days before I built this plugin, I had no idea how to even build Figma plugins, the idea was to make it a web project which designers would then download and import into their project, but that was going to require a few additional steps, the very thing we were trying to avoid.
I then came up with the idea for it to be a plugin, I looked up the Figma docs, and built this step by step to cover as many use cases as possible.
