B2B2C SaaS Enterprise App Design

I provided end-to-end product design services for Vrbo's enterprise-level Property Management software, Escapia.com. My contributions included conducting usability studies, customer interviews, and applying accessible design principles to create intuitive solutions. I designed and built interactive prototypes in Figma, collaborated with Vrbo's design system, and worked closely with engineers, product managers, and content strategists to deliver a user-centered, enterprise-ready platform.
