A metal band from Croatia with dreams of making it big. I've had the honor of creating the cover art for their first song "Thalassophobia".

The client had a clear vision of what he wanted. I was presented with great source and inspiration material that he wanted me to translate into a semi-realistic painting.

After submitting some of the sketches of his ideas and some of my own interpretations of the theme, we ended up going with the first sketch.

To add the logo, that the client designed himself, into the finished piece, I've decided to vectorize it and clean it up a bit so it could be used in future projects.

After adding some effects and the logo in Photoshop, the cover was finished and ready to use.
