The exhibition "verbunden verknüpft verrückt" focuses on the neighborhood around the bus stop Frankental, west of the Bombach in Zurich Höngg.

"verbunden verknüpft verrückt"

I was commissioned to design an exhibition poster centered around the theme of «neighborhood.» To reflect the concept of connectivity, the poster features symbolic elements such as a wifi router or a washing machine, which are commonly shared among individuals.

"verbunden verknüpft verrückt" - backside

he graphical elements employed not only reinforce the theme of interconnectedness but also acknowledge that neighborhood can also give rise to disconnection. Consequently, I intentionally separated the words in the title, «verbunden, verknüpft, verrückt.» The inclusion of «verrückt,» meaning «crazy,» serves to represent the occasional unpredictable nature of neighborhoods, which can manifest in both positive and negative situations. To emphasize this sense of craziness, the design of the poster adopts an open, vibrant, and colorful aesthetic.
