The global lockdown in 2020 presented a significant challenge as our lives abruptly shifted from the bustling pace of everyday routines to a state of confinement within our homes. Adapting to this new reality, devoid of our usual tasks and responsibilities, proved to be an arduous journey for many.
In my artwork, I sought to capture and convey the emotions and experiences associated with this unique period of lockdown. Through my piece, I aim to evoke a sense of the profound changes and struggles we encountered during this time. By exploring themes such as isolation, introspection, and the juxtaposition of stillness against the chaos of the outside world, I hope to encapsulate the essence of this transformative period.
