I led the full build and implementation of a complete Kajabi website and system for a leadership coach, covering design, content refinement, automations, and payments. The project included end-to-end website creation, email marketing and segmentation, custom forms, checkout and product setup, third-party integrations, and multilingual page builds—demonstrating hands-on expertise across Kajabi’s core features and real-world business workflows.

The project included the complete build of the website inside Kajabi, with a homepage, a page for organizational coaching offers, and a page for individual coaching offers. I handled the entire visual and structural design, including layout, color refinement, image selection, custom CSS, and font styling, while also supporting the refinement and optimization of copy for clarity and conversion.

In parallel, I implemented a full lead generation and email automation system. This included an interactive quiz used as a lead magnet, multiple custom Kajabi forms, and advanced segmentation and automation logic. I set up a 5-email automated campaign, with messaging dynamically adapted based on quiz results using Zapier integrations.

I also built a complete checkout and payment flow for a paid branding kit, including offer setup, pricing, and Stripe integration.
