I developed a multi-tenant SaaS application designed for businesses that operate through appointments. Each business receives its own secure workspace, where owners and authorized employees can manage daily operations through a centralized web-based panel.

The platform supports different business types and allows each company to configure its services, employees, working hours, appointment availability and operational limits according to its subscription plan.

Business owners can monitor upcoming appointments, employee schedules, workload and overall business activity. Role-based authorization ensures that owners, managers and employees only have access to the relevant locations, features and information.
