Multi-Role Access Control: Engineered a granular role-based access control (RBAC) system supporting multiple user types: customers, adjusters, contractors, and various admin hierarchies (super admin, company admin, manager, etc.).
Granular Access Distribution: Implemented fine-grained feature toggling and secure data isolation to ensure tailored user experiences and compliance with privacy requirements.
Appointment Booking & Calendar Integration: Developed an intuitive, responsive appointment scheduling module that synchronizes calendars in real-time for customers and adjusters.
Real-Time Updates and Push Notifications: Integrated push notifications and real-time updates using WebSocket technologies and/or Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
Geoservice Integration for Location Accuracy: Incorporated geolocation APIs to auto-capture claim site addresses, reducing manual entry errors and improving data consistency.
Reverse Geocoding and Address Autocomplete: Enabled reverse geocoding and address autocomplete features for enhanced user convenience during claim location input.
Dynamic Claim Creation & Form Management: Transformed traditional paper-based claim initiation into a fully digital process with robust form management and data validation.
Claim Duplication Feature: Implemented claim duplication features to expedite the processing of similar cases, improving user productivity.
Advanced File Upload System: Designed a flexible file management backend supporting multiple document types such as PDFs, images, invoices, and insurance documents.
Automated File Categorization & Metadata Tagging: Automated file categorization and metadata tagging to enhance retrieval and auditability, utilizing secure, scalable APIs for uploading and streaming files in a cloud-based infrastructure.
Contextual In-Claim Communication & Collaboration: Built real-time, file-specific commenting features enabling granular discussions between adjusters, contractors, and customers.
Threaded Comment System: Implemented a real-time threaded comment system tied directly to claim documents for precise contextual clarity.
Automated Letter of Representation (LOR) via JotForm Integration: Integrated third-party form services (JotForm) with dynamic form mapping capabilities to auto-generate and send LOR documents.
Dynamic Form Field Mapping: Created admin-updatable dynamic data binding between app database fields and JotForm fields for customizable form creation per claim requirements.
Automated Email Workflows: Developed automated email workflows with embedded form links to streamline customer engagement and form completion.
AI-Powered Document Processing & Insights: Leveraged cutting-edge generative AI models for document summarization and question-answering on PDF claims documents.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Implementation: Implemented 2FA using industry-standard TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) protocols and backup recovery mechanisms.
2FA Policy Management: Developed admin panel controls to flexibly enforce or relax 2FA policies according to organizational security needs.
